Perfect work life balance, flexible working hours and friendly colleagues. All thanks to my project, it all depends on the project. I can assure you one thing, the people here are very generous and one can make many good friends. Irrespective of the project, one can learn any technology and up skill themselves based on their interests. There are plenty of resources to update your skills-set. Finally, as it is a mnc, they would bare you even if you are on the bench. Even during the COVID crisis, they haven't ignored any employee and provided full support.

Dislikes

There are quite a few demerits. The major setback is the salary, it is comparatively less than its peers. The salary in-hand is very less, one has to scrutinize the offer letter with a magnifying glass, there are too many cuttings. As it is a service based company, the career growth is very slow. I believe, there are very few who continue after 3- 4 years of working. Bottom line is that it is better place to work in but not the best where one can work throughout his career.

Learning is good in wipro. They conducting various sessions, induction kind of classes to upskill ourselves. Helping to write costly exams by providing vouchers.

Salary was same as other IT services companies. And salary growth rate was decent when compared to other service companies.

If you're fresher you will have time to up skill yourself. Some practice management is good but most of them have their own rules to play with your life beside company policies . If you're experienced you need to be in project if not they will give you 45 days time after they try to terminate on bases of lack of skill some managers will force you to resign.

Dislikes

Salary and promotions if you're a fresher and elite batch then you will get retention bonus instead of hike based on rating. Those bonuses will have 2 years bond. This amount keep on increasing even your 3 months notice period salary is not enough to compensate company when you resign if you are not paying back you will not get experience letter . This is not only worst policy on freshers they have more worst policies for all employees in company.

I'm working for the organization from last 2.5 years, still didn't got an hike in my salary. Still I'm working on 3.5 LPA salary. I have upgraded my skills and also completed various certification that are required, still not use. Really disappointed by this behavior.
