No Proper Hike. No Bonus and diwali gifts. No Inter Mobility for better job role. Some Projects are good whereas some are worst in terms of behavior,communication,respect. No New year gift.

I was contacted by wipro for desktop support administrator profile. Salary and job profile was discussed and first round and teams interview has been done and finally I got selected. After three days they started my documentation and after submitting my documents they suddenly stopped the process. I contact to my HR why you stopped the process she said your salary is out of our budget even same has been discussed before interview than everything was okay and they proceed for further process. Wipro is not wipro now they are just making fool. Salary was discussed before interview if they don't have budget than why they schule interview and why they select me. I am very disappointed to wipro.

Growth is very slow work environment is very pressurized but dose not pay according to our ability no bonus provides to partner employees

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
