...ckage will be 3.5 LPA which is the same for the past 10 years and you'll get 22.4k in your hand and even if you work for 10 hours you won't get your variable pay. They'll simply say that your performance isn't worth of getting variable pay .

...ow many tests you have cleared, you will still struggle to find a project there. WMG is jus there grabbing their salary and not helping employees in any matter.

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.

Hr of wipro is worse , not even listening, when we want some clarification they started shouting,Work from home is closed, Which is essential for day to day life, to maintain life balance between work and family. On time of joining hr talk politely and after they are treated as slave.
