I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain. I cleared AZ-900 during that period but still i was getting hardware related tickets only so there was no opportunity for knowledge progress as well.

You will be enabled all the necessary tools to upskill, and express ourselves and get promoted easily if we show the skillset

Dislikes

Pay scale is very less compared to the others in market, we wont get much of benefits, no one time msi, hike will varies between 3% - 7% on average

Bad salary structures working timing also bad most of the time you work extra time but you don't extra money to one If they don't like your work, they will kick you out of the company. without any reason and notice period you lost your job

Good for learning and development. Provides ample opportunity to freshers for completing certification and gaining knowledge.

Dislikes

...ll get assigned to opposite skill required projects and asked to gain knowledge. No Salary hikes. No appraisals. Total discrimination with nort and South guys. South Indian managers just favor their region employees and provide them all kind of opportunities even without any talent.
