- The teammates we friendly - Job security is high - Cabs were provided to and fro - Can learn many things - Work environment is good as it was a client location i.e. Google.

...imbalance in work i.e. high pressure in few teams and low pressure in few teams. But there was a problem in career growth which is very slow and big process to acquire and salary hikes are not up-to the mark.

There is nothing to like about as no flexibility and all are support projects. They keep in bench for many months and give mental stress and force to accept a project with no scope and future with shifts and in different locations.

No general shift is available No development project No hike No response from hr Joining wipro is the biggest regret

There is a lot of politics and the management address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of no experiences after . On the job training is not given to new joinees

Should treat well to employees...... They should be aware of employee expectation and their compensation besides society and their company profits.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
