This company is very helpful for fresher to learn skills and improve knowledge.I love to work in this company because working environment is very good.As per my experience appraisal must be in less rate .many types of training facilities are available and it is very helpful for our future goals.

Compensation is decent and sometimes work pressure is high.Sometimes manager do not value an individuals and strengths.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. Management is worst

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
