I loved the work culture, enviornment and people who are working there. The management was amazing. My managers and colleagues were just amazing and my team was a like a family to me.

Dislikes

There's only thing that can be better in my opinion and that's the salary. They could do better with the pay

My Team who works for the overall benefit of company and next level leadership who always motivate employees for next role and lay a path of learning which makes road of growth.

Dislikes

Salary/Bonus increments: Hr Leadership decisions which always surprises the employees that what will be credited in the account. There is a need of high level audit aswell as revamp of policies which are dragging the company down. Although the working environment is very rich but the salary structure is very poor which causes a high attrition rate.

There's not much to like. You may like a few people you meet and other than that, the campus is nice. That's about it.

Dislikes

... day, move the cab at their convenience be it 1 hour after your shift has ended. Secondly, wipro doesn't pay you much. It surely depends on your job title but I would recommend going for smaller establishments instead of going after a big name because there's not much earning potential, also because it depends on your scorecard and your management. If your manager isn't happy with you, they will probably make sure your scorecard is bad so that you dont get any incentives. Lastly, the promotion/appraisal also depends on the scorecard. So if you have a bad scorecard, you're probably won't be promoted till you get a decent average score and if your process/department is changed then that will affect your scorecard too. So it's mostly a lose-lose situation at wipro.

...otational policy. I served Wipro for 15 years to get onsite but can't got it. 4. Old and seniors are ignored as my last package was 13.84 L but good for new joining as they offer much for higher package to them. 4. Intresting fact Strict COBC policy but this is only for resources like me. This is not applicable for Wipro itself.

Amazing work life balance. Cross skill development. Salary is good. Appraisals are average. Good working environment.

Dislikes

When you are on bench, you will be treated as unwanted. You will be told to search for projects by yourself.
