paying salary in full, just cut the shift bonus for 3 months, otherwise we can work according to our needs.. means we have to complete our day target at any time

Less salary. Only promotion for the people who are managers favourite. No ac in cabs (specially in summer's) Dirty toilets. Very Less yearly appraisals. Job security is always at risk. Absolutely worst experience. Shameful that MNC like wipro not even giving salary that employees can fulfill there basic needs and making charities (CSR) for there market image. Government should audit Wipro's charities (CSR) also might be they are using that money for themselves through backdoor.

Discriminating Pay policy. No salary appraisal for over two years. Management disregard for employee work like balance. Unofficial weekend workings with no overtime. Cost cutting measures like reducing allowances or discontinue certain allowances for employee benefits leading to less in hand salary. Toxic workplace, stressed environment. Not a healthy place to work,
