As far as you know how handle things professionally and take decision on critical things on your own all good, no micro management manager reach out with list of task which needs to be completed within specified time. That's it. Promotion and appraisal more than merit depends upon bonding with management.

I disliked everything from management and culture as well as the salary provided by the organisation. The increment and appraisals provided by the company are equivalent to nothing. The management lives in their own shell and are least bothered about the lower level employees. No body gives a damn whether you leave or stay in the organisation. I had a pathetic experience working this company especially the project ( Google HRO).

Salary is a scam in this company..they offer something and pay something else...wokr culture is the worst.

...way they groom will help you life long. Most friendly managers any MNC can have. Salary is less but worth it. The most employee centric company. There is no doubt about job security.

Company environment is good and secure but unluckily I been there with wrong project which make me lot and lots of pressure where there is lots of stress.when I sink help from HR team but even they also can't help me out in correct time with lots of frustration I can't bare longer and resigned myself. Wipro is one of my favorite company from my college days I still want to work there but the experience I had was too worst.

Salary was too low and no increment and also no benefits though I work overtime.
