Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Great learning opportunities (provided you get the right dept. ) . Growth is amazing. Your start njoy in the organisation once you move to Team manager role & above. Very strong on principles, job security is good.

Dislikes

Salary in pathetic nowhere near to market standards, Even at leadership levels. Office politics. Heavily loaded groupism which few fine too difficult to crack.

The kind of exposure we get here is really good. Learnt and learning various new methodologies to grow self and the business.

Need to have better compensation. This is only area where in we need more focus. :)

...oper work life balance . Feels like Wipro Managers are just Puppet of clients . No proper hike of loyal employees working for more than 6-10 yrs but they are ready to pay 100% to new hire for the same job role.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. All the events are celebrated in campus.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow
