Do not worry about job security provide freedom. I like work culture eco friendly environment. I little worry about salary increment remaining every thing was good

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is less but career growth is good. Bond is not there.

Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.
