Less salary at that time. Very less night shift allowances 50rs /day Wont consider skills and knowledge. Growth is only based on managers will and wish. Politics Pathetic HR(Never talk to us,very rude girl,too much attitude(Taran preet -an unprofessional idiot)

...feteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus

There are lot politics and the management doesn't address issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
