No salary hike, no promotion and appraisal. No opportunity for the skill development. These all you will face at working the client location

I am working in wipro as desktop Support Engineer L2 profile but wipro takes engineer's on third party pay role and notice period is very long 2 months and three months Other things okay culture is good but employees benefit not good

No compensation and career growth opportunities for contractual Employee. No more work loads so that you will learn new things.

The growth is very slow and work pressure is high where i worked as contractual employee and get very less pay
