... much time to engage in other works. Growth is good. Your work gets appreciated. Salary is pretty low. I got 9800/- as a fresher. After 6 month you'll get a one time bonus,and 1000 hike. One way transport provided. Tainers were awesome. Left job due to medical reasons,and also for minimum salary.

There is nothing to like apart from the fact that the company won't fire you until you have done something very serious

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
