Only one negative thought is Salary is very very less if salary is high our company should be top of the entire world. Every one have this issue Only.This is the reason for Dislike people. And one more thing cab issue for me there is no home pickup and drop daily I am travelling 10km to noodle point actually transport limite is 40km but my home is More than 40km can you please provide home pickup nd drop.given less salary in that I m using bus charges daily 50rs.

There is no priority and recognition for hardworking people. Who are working hard not getting salary correctly but who are taking unplanned, skipping work they are getting better salary. No improvement in salary, no hikes.

The only thing I liked were my teammates.

Dislikes

... of office politics and only the favorite employee of the manager gets promoted. Secondly, the salary is very low as compared to industry standard. Thirdly, perks are only in the paper. Therefore, I would recommend not to join Wipro.

... culture is worst. Management is very bad humiliate and harass every employee... they dont even give the proper salary what they promised to give to each employee.... every month salary come less... cafeteria food worst and expensive... Management is not at all helpful they torture and threats employee to do work ... managers are the worst they forgot to do their work and blame on their team member and kick out the employee for their mistakes... i do not know how they got promoted as team leads they do not know their work and they dont do their work

I have LWD coming after 3 days but I have no offer so I asked hr to revoke my resignation.now he said me to withdraw from portal but I'm still giving some interviews and waiting for result so now how should I ask hr that till when is the deadline to accept the withdraw from portal ??
