Wipro BPO can be the best place for a fresher. The kind of work culture anyone gathers from Wipro BPO, can be essential for life long. Being an ex wiproites I can feel the same while working with a different organisation now. Another good and important quality I can talk about Wipro is job security.

...eekers and ex wiproites would be happy in case of improvement on below points: >Salary scale. >Transportation quality. >Politics is not there, but if I say it is in some cases, would not be a false statement too. Nothing much.. I loved working with Wipro.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Dislikes

Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.
