...t (no development projects) - No learning and development - No career growth - Very low compensation ( in hand cash component is 37K / month for CTC of 6.5 L) - Employees have zero knowledge of computer science - No preference is given to your choice of city, for example if you ask for Gurgaon your base location would be fixed to Chennai - You need to maintain a weekly average of 9 hours and 30 minutes time on floor

- Salary on time - Work life balance is good

Dislikes

- Our project is Technical but Wipro decided to have a manager from BPO and he make the project worst - Internal polictics is at it's high here - Biased Manager - Zero support from HR and other upper hierarchy - I would have rated 5 but just because of manager, it is 2 now

Monthly medical budget for employees and access to learning portal for up skilling.

Dislikes

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Good management from top to down till employee. Good experience in my project. Great technologies learning and great organizational skills.

Dislikes

Salary hikes will take atleast 3 years to be in good and satisfied package. This is funny Some project employees don't get to go out on vacations through company for long time like for once in year or two...haha

Employee benefits but specific project management interfere ln it.

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.
