Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. Hi friends, I have 4 offers. One from Accenture with 30 lpa with 5% variable, Capgemini with 31 but with 10% variable, CTS with 33.5 with 50k variable and Wipro with 30 and 10% variable. Which one should I go for? I have a total of 10 years of experience in Java development. Please suggest. All were in the Pune location except Accenture (Bangalore).

Got 4 offers but really confused to select. Please help.
