This is where the designation is to do something other than that job, our salary cut a lot of money vandor (JLL), We don't get salary on time, we can't take leave on any casual leave, I was not paid for one month during COVD 19.It always threatens to get us out of work.

Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Literally everything. They will deduct your salary in the name of cost cutting. Your managers will as you to work overtime without pay. You have to keep buttering your Leadership team for promotion. I've seen people working for 12 years without zero promotion and they were more than worthy of the promotion.

My experience is good so far because I am working at a client location and then working from home, never worked at Wipro campuses. I enjoy other benefits because of working at a client location, We don't get any perks and food from Wipro. Based on my other parameters It is overall good company. For freshers just take enough exp and leave it.
