Luckily I got into a good project with Mercedes Benz RDI as client. Good experience with the client, but with Wipro, I got no benefits.

Dislikes

No hike for 2.5 years! Not even a single rupee hike was provided for both freshers and experienced employees.

One good thing happened for me in Wipro is I got good client project. Apart from that all are disasters.

There is no hike in salary for freshers and their Annual rating is not based on Client feedback. No body cares whether you work or not unless something serious happens at Client office.

I have never gone to the Wipro office as of now as I am working from the client's office consider this as I will be reviewing on behalf of my client's office, not Wipro

I was recruited under the bonus program as a fresher which is the worst program one can imagine no hike appraisal only bonus with bond..

Regarding Salary All are from same batch but some will get 47k per month and they are not in any projects and work and us working in projects and getting only 26k So based on work if we can get that may satisfied

Nothing. The management is laid-back. They are the ones who need to change their attitude. If you don't get a project you are the one going on bench without pay and not someone who is actually responsible for getting projects.

Dislikes

Everything. Extended leave bench policy is the worst where you don't get your salary. You are put on bench. The management doesn't care. All they really care about is their variable pay which they can only achieve when all the workforce is in project. So they rest of us on bench so that they can show that all have projects and they are getting their variable pay
