Company policy follow here very strictly, Management is good, team mates are supportive, appraisals are fair and you will get salary on time on 1st day of every month.

Work culture I don't like, sometimes manager not valuing their engineers like an asset, they are thinking we are machine.

...ou can learn more than its not a good option for you. Want to high light some: Job Security: Definitely here you will get job security even if you just work in very slow pace but you will get less salary as compared to market standards. Work Culture: Totally depends on yoy and your team and manager. Learning: Ihf you want to learn by yourself then you will get more time here to learna nd even get chance to participate in internal contents.

...y project. Bonuses: On name of bonus you will get 4K bucks only, nothing else. Appraisal: Appraisal cycles are bad, hardly they will increase salary by 10%. If you are joining any service based MNCs, please make it as last option.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

...u to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will be working under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night.

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .
