Out of several companies I worked Wipro is worst about working atmosphere, every step we can feel tricks for human exploitation, non trustworthy life situation ever faced

Terrible and cunning tricks for exploitation , starting from salary offer to allowance , leave to holidays every step discriminatory crucked visible tricks , terrible company ever seen

Latest tools and technologies adoption is probably the best in industry. Co-pilot being the latest addition from last few months. Holidays and Leaves policy

Salary for existing employees, Appraisal, Work-life balance, No growth opportunities, Company and work culture.

Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees
