It is a nice organisation to start your career with a poor pay.Job security is high, Work life balance is good. In my process I was never been asked to stretch my shift but I am not sure about other process.

No scope for internal growth at all. In the name of internal growth they will give you more responsibilities with a minimum pay, and when I am saying minimum pay then I meaning it. Pay out is minimum actually they want to hire people on their Brand that's it. I always felt like company is in loss and they are trying for cost cutting. Overall Worst experience. But yeah you can say to your friends and relatives that I am Working with Wipro to increase your status infront of them that's it.

Wipro is the worst company to work for . They offer the least compensation in the market , Senior Managers are not qualified just there because of their experience. Worst company culture i have come across .

I dislike everything about Wipro. I had no offer when i left Wipro , me and my other Teammates (5 people) left wipro at the same time just because it was a torture . Even when i didnt got any job offers till 3 months i never think of joining wipro again .

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you
