First of all thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to choose India's largest employee choice award. It is a great honour for me. Wipro's working culture is excellent, very good employees, all the employees of wipro are very well discipline and manner. They always adhere to the Wipro's policies and procedures. I wish that I could get an opportunity once again to work on wipro.

I was little bit upset because of salary, it was less at that time. I hope now it's been resolved. Please give me an opportunity to work 🙏. Thanks a lot.

Work environment is good management is great and many things to learn in wipro

Salary is less compared to other MNC appraisal is not up to the mark and it takes time to get appraised after approval as well

You will get a mixed bag of experience if you are on a client location to learn about the client process additionally to understand the Wipro working and understanding how to deal with the client and its customer.

The salary is sub-par considering the market for the same skill set. The yearly hike is less than the inflation rate. Management will create hurdles if client recognize your skills and want to take you on its own payroll.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huqe cafeteria and gaming arcade good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before

There salary structure is very poor. 15% variable is there and average you will get max 50% of that amount however company is performing well then also. means total loss and disappointment.
