Most people have become too much attached to Salary and their good Appraisals. They blame others for existing issues. Those who can fidht back are able to stay. So now its become a place for dangerous people only who can go out of way for doing unwanted things. I dont want to be a part of such environment hence i have resigned.

Salary is a perk if you are in right process.

Dislikes

Office politics even if your team size is as tiny as 3 still you can face office politics, people on higher post doesn't have time to address problems of the associates. If you are in wipro then you are on your own..if you win, you win if you lose you lose nobody is there for backup. Huge gap between CTC and In hand.

...l end like not issuing approval on time asking for so many irrelevant documents. then hopital asked me for my 6 months bank statements then told me that my bank is making issue as my bank is invalid but how can this be possible if that account of mine is my active its my salary account. my parents were fed up.so we did it by our own now. Wipro just helped me nothing, they dont care about there emplyees at all. They even deduct my salary of that month.

Great learning opportunities (provided you get the right dept. ) . Growth is amazing. Your start njoy in the organisation once you move to Team manager role & above. Very strong on principles, job security is good.

Dislikes

Salary in pathetic nowhere near to market standards, Even at leadership levels. Office politics. Heavily loaded groupism which few fine too difficult to crack.

There is a huge cafeterias and game arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary

There is a bond of 2 years before which u cannot resigns on the job traning is not given to new jioiness
