Wipro is becoming a corrupted place to work. Only those who keeping nodding head for the management grows here. Politics is all around in Wipro BPS processes everywhere. They make you Acting Team Lead and give you work of both SME & TL and will promise you to promote as TL but after utilizing your capabilities they will forget your hard work and make their favorites as TL.

Politics, HR not helpful enough, Worst work life balance, Worst pay scale as per the work they'll take out from you. Zero job satisfaction

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

As a basic entry level its good for getting experienced and learning more about corporate.

The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Only one negative thought is Salary is very very less if salary is high our company should be top of the entire world. Every one have this issue Only.This is the reason for Dislike people. And one more thing cab issue for me there is no home pickup and drop daily I am travelling 10km to noodle point actually transport limite is 40km but my home is More than 40km can you please provide home pickup nd drop.given less salary in that I m using bus charges daily 50rs.

If you want to start your career in MNC then you can go for it. Job security is there which is important for most of the professionals

Dislikes

Salary is less, Work load is there, there aren't giving laptops for some processes you need to go office every day which is challenging. Favouritism is a part of this organisation's culture.
