Salary structure is very worst because no increment in salary after 5year..salary not on time no pramotion..only officer get that job handover to our relatives not who is this company since 5years...

Area manager will decide the sales officer job, he will not give any ideas, suggestions to grow up the business, ge was doing post man job to the company, and GM level persons in Line-2 division working very worst people and he will give importance for personal image and igose, abs asking growth GM level people abnormal, he was not seeing market conditions, GM says that in every meeting giving warnings do what he says otherwise give resignation. GM for Line-2 division Mr. Priyadarsi Ranzen very worst and no humanity, and Not giving any support s to develop the business, and he was not listening SO 's Ideas and not caring to the SO'S. Mr.GM every time wrong reports to higher officials ( Vice president and president) .

Others company increase their d.a but wccl cut down 40 % d.a,usr salary very low by &d.a is very nominal only 30/- per day which create trouble to taking work from them. Lots of communication gap.
