... when you try to switch. Most companies consider this experience as part time. Additionaly, Wipro won't increase your salary even after completing the WILP program. Managers and HRs won't agree for hike but they will be happy to hire new employee even at 100% hike.

thanks for giving me opportunity, but i served 4 years as Wims student after pandemic, by saying cost-cutting? they removed me from project and kept me on LOP and bench without paying single penny for 6 months, finally they provided me some amount and asked me to resign, they forced me to resign. since i don't have that 6 months payslip ( when i am in wipro for that last LOP period ) . I lost many job opportunities since i don't have recent 3 months payslips. Anyhow thank you for giving me opportunity. Please don't do this to anyone, because i am still jobless because of you

Is 34 LPA CTC good enough for a 8yrs of experienced candidate?
Wipro made me an offer of almost 34LPA (30.6L (FP) + 10% (VP)) for the Tech Lead position in the B3 Band. I have eight years of experience overall, including six years of relevant expertise in the functional side of Oracle EBS SCM and two years in the core field side as a purchase engineer. My current CTC is 26.5 LPA, which includes 2.4L(VP) and 24L(FP). Is it worthwhile to leave my current organisation and take a reasonable walk? Also, If I try, will I get more than the offered CTC? Looking for the valuable suggestions?
