Good work environment, lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Career growth is also there but it's based on the project and the manager.

Compensation is too low for the work done and the experience. Work from home option is not there in most cases. To be in a specific location we ourselves have to look for projects.

If you stay long in this company , you will be taken as granted . No hike , no promotion pathetic HR policy . It’s been 13 year with Wipro .
