As far as I have seen in Wipro if you can obey the policy and work properly within the schedule your job is fixed. Full AC rooms, Coffee machine, both way cabs facility either pickup or drop. Annual Leaves, PF and sick leave provided.

Dislikes

..., impacting my health for its mostly night shifts. Only 5 sick leaves in a year. No increment in salary within two years. There are chances of promotion due to bad management and politics. No training was given to joining associate level for skill enhancement regarding promotions. Management targets employees who speak for their rights and do constant monitoring to send warnings. 3 repetitive warnings and you are out of wipro permanently.

I like nothing at Wipro. The work culture, office environment is terrific. There is too much office politics.

There is no work life balance. The salary and appraisal structures is very bad. There is no promotions, no skills development, no learning .
