Dislikes
Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.
Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees
I don’t like wipro because of no promotion no hike no project, LOP (loss of pay), communication gap between employees and their upper band colleagues, hectic and pressure, no job security, very limited salary,
No project, bench policy, there are more multiple problem, this is the reason i don’t like wipro. Hope will improve in future.
There are quite a few reasons why I do not like working at Wipro
1)Regarding policies: The policies keep on changing and even higher management is not aware of policies.
2)Loss of pay policy: I do not know why this policy is there and why employees should suffer with no salary in hand if the employee does not get the project within the stipulated time then the employee goes under loss of pay I do not know why this policy is implemented it is company responsibility to provide projects based on his training and skillset provided by the company
3)No career growth and no domain switching within the internal job
4) No salary hike and bonus policy need to return bonus if an employee does not stay for 2 years in the company. I do not know why they provide bonuses and ask them to return. There is no Merit Salary increment for all employees only a few employees got MSI Letters last year. I do not know why they are giving and implementing this biased system. All employees should be treated equally.
5) Management: I do not know why management is not aware of policies also concerning work culture pressure and timeline, and they hire fewer people for more work and force employees to complete work in shorter timelines. Instead of so many employees on the bench, they could consider any of the bench employees deploying them into projects. Due to budget issues, cost-cutting, ramp down in projects most employees are released from the project
6)Termination: Employees who recently joined the organization are getting terminated by receiving a termination letter because they have not deployed or allocated to the project and the company is terminating these employees.
7)Mass hiring:During pandemic 2020-2022 I do not know why they hired so many people and also they are no projects with wipro and also so many of them undergoing loss of pay for 1 year and not deployed into projects.
Company culture and work life is ok but still it depends on project

Wipro doesn't give promotion after all the hard work.
Compensation is low.
Wipro doesn't support their employees if any incident happened from client side (EX: Security or any breach incident)
