Salary not upto market standards. Poor pay. Too low increments and hike is quite less. Also they won't give work from home option with people with genuine issues or even help in transfer to preferred city. And deducting benefits including shift allowances.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Nothing I don't like anything about Wipro.i am in Wipro from last 3 years and got 5k increment.if u don't have any other options than join Wipro otherwise don't join..

Being a fresher you will learn many things like corporate culture, how to deal with practical situations, etc. Company have a internal learning portal which help you to learn new technologies and add it to your profile.

Dislikes

Compensation is below par for a fresher and growth is also slow. The training provided at the time of joining is not up to the mark and you may get project on some different technologies rather than on which you were trained.

...team spirit and unity. The opportunity for learning and excelling is quite good. Salary is average and appraisal is same as anywhere else. Work environment is nice .

Dislikes

The randomness of the project allocation is the worst thing here. You will be provided a project randomly irrespective of your training, likes and priorities in terms of location.
