...eed help. No one to teach so self learning is adapted to sustain mental balance. No cutting from salary if we are late, as its already less. No career growth so can't talk about that either. Nothing much good to say.

We get no training when we join, all manager's are non technical, no increment is given even if we wait for 4 years like idiots expecting for hike or getting into some good project as they lie each time. We never get holiday for anything we have ask someone to do our shift after they do their shift and then we have to return the favor back. No outings/party. 24*7 rotational shifts. Pick drop aslo from 7pm to 7am wont get transport facility in day shift.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers sometimes do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions at times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. This is for only at Client Location based Job.

Growth is very slow work environment is very pressurized but dose not pay according to our ability no bonus provides to partner employees

For freshers its best company who wanted to make their career in networking. My manger umesh rane make office environment happy so employee can work without tension.

I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
