...support you if there is any difficulty you found related with technical support. They will not look into matter if there is problem facing related with salary or your resignation or your attendance. After taking so many follow-up they jst ignore you and there is no any point of escalate this matter. All the staff are worst.

Work experience in wipro was good, it was a great learning affair under the best Managers guidence. Collaborating with enthusiastic fellow team mates was simply amazing..

There less kind of job security and very poor employee policy about salary structure.. Why they are hiring third party... Employee... Why they can't hire on roll employee... If you guys know when employer get 25000/- for one single Engg. In one mother what employee get in hand 7000 - 8000 rs only what kind of calculations is this... How can they survived... And also very poor increment policies... Personally I am very disappointed....

...olicies. It has the newest technology to work in and updates itself day by day . The most important part is about salary ,the salary is on time and it pays the best in the sector . The only thing disappointing is your job security as Wipro was very agent centric but today it's working for clients needs so there is no job security and also about growth the company is outsourcing candidates for senior level of posts so it's quiet disappointing . Apart from this it's the best company to work in , I have a lot of personal memories in this company....

I worked with Wipro being in a third party. But experienced lot of good things with Wipro. Experienced staff, helping people, positive work environment, developing new technologies n lots more.

I worked as a third party pay roll. I would like to work with Wipro Infotech with Wipro permanent ID. And its also my dream.
