The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

Dislikes

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world. The world these people live in revolve around the non-sense data points which are always rigged against you such that you do the most amount of labour thinking the lowest of yourself, not if but when, you are unable to achieve them.

Good company but which process you r joining that matters. Good learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary is low as per other Companies. You need to check whether the project you are joining to a good project or not. Else you will not get any leaves on time, less salary hike, will force you to over time without over time bonus sometime. Specially your lead can do a lot mistake..regaring your Shift timing on system & all. So you need to be little conscious.

The work environment was so toxic. Makes us work overtime on a daily basis and doesn't even pay us for that. Such impolite and disrespectful leaders are there if not all process but most of them. Never work in wipro

Unpaid leave whatever may it be annual leave, com off ,sick leave and client holiday as well no work no pay. Toxic environment lot of Politics and last but not the least wipro manager, supervisor, TL love chatu employee. And if you are a girl with good look you have a good growth opportunity .
