Evrything is good at wipro. Especially support of management, teammates are very cooperative and supportive i love to be around such people. I learnt alot of things at wipro and experienced many good memories with the teammates and management.

Dislikes

Everything is good but the compensation they are paying for the process which i am working in is less. If they can gv increaments and incentives then it will be perfect.

The worst company ever in last 4 years the experience was not so good they trit employees like labour

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is not even slow it's worst.

Only the job security is good and nothing else.. They don’t throw you out of the company if the process got ramp down.. But no increament at all👎🏻❌ Don’t expect growth in this company😂 If you changed the company or rejoin in Wipro then only you will get a good hike👍🏻

...nagement not so good, no supportive manager and team leaders, no growth at all.. I’m working with this company from last 2yrs and my package is still the same only 2.3lakh p.a. Worst company I’ve ever seen.. 👎🏻

...JP process even not know to mangers in Openreach IJP dream will remain dream. ***********Salary*********** Salary is not good enough as per working hrs even domestic voice process get good salary than wipro international voice process.
