1) Management decisions are very poor and lack. 2) Least job satisfaction. 3) Appraisal can be get between 5%-13% per annum. 4) 3 Months notice period strictly ( pay and exist option will be consider upon your manager or reporting person agree) 5) Poor recognize. 6) Any person before joining to company please ensure each and every terms in joining letter.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

Dislikes

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.

1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

...smatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well.

Im really glad to working in Wipro, as im learning new,things by working in Wipro but as per salary is not satisfied with salary remaining everything is good,as per work and others learning everything is good

I like the work behaviour cause you are working very hard and can work very much and learn many things about process how it operates as we are working for Nokia process this is Supply chain management where I got knowledge about order management process how it operates through SAP.

There is nothing to dislike but still if I need today that it's about salary how much I did for this process working overtime but still did not got OT money and as I was working from home I always work more then my shift.
