Wipro enterprise company policies are very good and management is transparent .good work environment and culture.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resing.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

Work environment was very good. Salary was also good. As a production supervisor got to know how to managed day to day production line and how to handle situations. I got to know about the industrial experience.

Dislikes

As a technical student we want more technical knowledge but in this company technical knowledge was very low. The work pressure is very high.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

Dislikes

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.

The person who takes ownership, company will give responsibility to him as much as possible

If you are starting career with Wipro then salary structure will be far less than the other who joined from outside if you will match experience wise also.

1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

Dislikes

...smatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well.
