The salary and hike is very less. The transportation facility is also not there for who is going to office daily.

The company was open to innovation and readily adopts latest technologies. I love the fact that I was a part of a team that markets reliable and has a good client base. Company also helped me to improve my personal as well as skills.

Compensation was decent but less compared to same profile job in Competitor company. I was not getting enough time to spend with my family, because we do get only one weekly off and 15 holidays in a year

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.

1) You can learn many things in a project according to your capability and if manager allows you. 2) Management will push you time to time to complete some trainings.

...smatch also.. they will bound you to work according to the project requirements. 2) If we Compare to other IT companies Wipro pays less salary to employees and forced them to work from office. 3) There is no work life balance in Wipro because many times they will force you to work on weekends and on holidays as well.
