According to my current role at wipro there is no work pressure the culture and satisfaction is good.

Here when it comes to dislikes first they won't give a exact salary in hand always there would be change every month and when it comes to OT'S you don't even expect the money from them sometimes they would say like will be getting next month and same old loop it will keep going on and worst leave policy even though when we are sick they would be like come to the office spend for a half a day and go to home, basically even though when we are sick they don't give a damn.

... a women, I fell it is the safest place to work into. Culture is good over here. You'll get salary in time. They never hold into or cut or salary. Supportive higher authority.

Appraisal and the promotions are not good over here. Salary is much lower than the market values.

Work culture, didn’t like anything much but it is just a brand but the non technical side is so worse for experienced people because there is hardly any growth or benefits or increase in your pay check. Only good for freshers. Only one benefit is that you have a health insurance of 1 lakh that’s about it.

... bad work culture, team leads can sue your growth if you don’t listen to them. Out of all these very bad pay scale for a person who works in non technical background. There is only one way cab. No benefits, no bonuses, no hike, I mean there is hike like a tortoise for example 500/per year, and no I am not joking.

Wipro really makes sure Job security and payment of salary on time. The company will always make sure that the promised salary is always met.

Work culture, not much growth, company policies, management is also terrible.

The work and exposure to technologies and Learning is quite good if one wants to learn and explore the future options.

...mployee is not very social but good in work, nill appreciation. Nil appraisals. Bringing the salary stack lower and lower every going year High position without any increment. No help or support from manager if you find out a good opportunity and want to leave project they will in all possible way to stop you from moving in ohter projects. However big project you finish MAYBE you will get a 300 rupee coupon as mark of appreciation.
