Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

A great company to work in and provides the opportunity for me to benefit from the skills and experience of others within the company. The company is supportive in many ways and has even provided the opportunity for a electric company car to those that want one and other perks such as optional heath care and discount vouches through a company scheme. Its nice to work at a place where Facade Engineering excellence is properly recognised.

Working environment is quite good, can learn a basics about cnc, everyone here will be like neighbours and friends

Compensation is not enough to survive in today's world, no skill development, you can go work and come can't learn anything if you want to you have to spend 2+ years to know something
