Nice company for beginners.lot of learning opportunity is there.i worked for 8 months in Dubai as a site Engineer in gis substation.

Hr and management will not address your problem.Compensation is Average.There are no company policies.work satisfaction is there.but they don't have any policies.

good Company and work Life Balance and i Love that i have a great degree of Control and freedom to within my Job

Found that there is no more scope of career Growth in the Company after Reaching a Certain Level and Compensation is Average but Growth is Slow and work Pressure is very High Sometimes , I Have to work 14 -18 hours Straight in a day as i have to attend Many Calls from clients During Night under Pressure and Managers do not value an Individuals Unique Strength which is why i have to take back my suggestions.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality engineers and technicians.

Compensation is decent, but the admin part is the only worst thing here.

Allways hardwork is appreciated and talented employees will get good increments. Very good learning chance for new engineers. Yearly outing and parties sponsored by owner.

They will make sure that you suffer if you wish to resign.If you get good jobs in Dubai, they will delay company formalities as long as poaible ,so that that guy should loose his offer.Your passport allways in company custody. Some seniors are with bad ethics,they make sure you get low increment, if you dont be there slave. If there is work they will almost kill you in pressure.
