New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Found that there is no more scope of career Growth in the Company after Reaching a Certain Level and Compensation is Average but Growth is Slow and work Pressure is very High Sometimes , I Have to work 14 -18 hours Straight in a day as i have to attend Many Calls from clients During Night under Pressure and Managers do not value an Individuals Unique Strength which is why i have to take back my suggestions.

They will make sure that you suffer if you wish to resign.If you get good jobs in Dubai, they will delay company formalities as long as poaible ,so that that guy should loose his offer.Your passport allways in company custody. Some seniors are with bad ethics,they make sure you get low increment, if you dont be there slave. If there is work they will almost kill you in pressure.
