In Covid-19 they deducted 30% salary for other employees and resigned some employees including me

Salary is low. Loss of pay for 1minute late in morning. You should work more than 10hrs per day strictly. Working hours will be more. Only one Saturday Sunday leave for the month. Salary deduction will be high. Company culture is worst

It's a good place to begin your career and develop your technical skills with brimful knowledge , I have experienced with this organisation around 5 years. If we are involving in our job , then they will provide more and more opportunities to explore urself

There is no dislike , but only one suggestion, winsar need to provide time and person to provide Hindi speak training , because there we will get more north implementation opportunity, so better to provide this too to improve our Hindi speaking skill.

I could say nothing except petty politics. Even though work-life balancing won't be a problem ever.
