Dislikes

Outdated tech, Micro management, Below average salary, No concern for employees, 6 day working week, No appreciation for work. Continuous surveillance. Gloomy atmosphere. Not so employee friendly company policies.

...hose 5* ratings that are added by those people's close to management team***** =>Salary:very less salary and no increment.During joining time HR will tell that salary increment based on performance,after that they focus on the mistakes instead of your performance.And HR will speak you regarding a small mistake and make it as a big issue. If you didn't asked increment then they won't give it.Yearly they will give (1000 to 3000) increment based on their behaviour towards you.Other than senior managers getting very less salary there.And they considers old employees as machines without input.They recruiting more freshers, at the same time experienced person's leaving more than that from there due to salary.They are not trying to give better salary for experienced person's. =>HR:He is the person who acts well Infront of employee and research more about personal things.When speaking with him be careful not to open any personal things.He will act as he is the only guy who supports you in the office,but in back he is making trouble. =>Knowledge and experience: The experience you got from there will not give you any career growth in that company and in other company also.Using old technology now also.Always we have to do is copy and paste. =>Work load:Even if salary is less they will give lots of work.work will came through different people and they will give you due date also.If it is not completed then they will act as you are simply sitting in the company from morning to evening. =>Transportation: Partiality is the main thing there.They are giving transportation to selected employees. =>Canteen:You will get lunch there but you should give name before 11 AM,if it is 11.01 then we have beg to add name. =>Work from home:If you ask work from home then they will deduct salary but you have to work more than doing in office. =>Daily report writing:It is the main thing I didn't liked here.We have to add entry in each day for works we had done previous day with date&time.(It takes more than 1hr 😂).Super visor have to verify it.If they are having as much doubt in employees then why they allowing to continue there???? *****This company is better for those people just coming each day to spend their time,not for salary and career growth.******

...owledge is very high and i got to work on core coding. Increment policy is good. They give annual bonus also. Good work life balance. You need not work when you are on leave or off. No dress code. They hire freshers and train them thoroughly. Hassle free leave sanction. Most of the time they don't even ask reasons. If you are not well, they will only ask you to take leave and take rest.

...d about this company, there isn't anything good about it. People are very toxic. Salary is also less. They make you work alot. They're more interested in your personal life. And will make comments about it indirectly. Your work will never be appreciated, they say you're not good enough always will demotivate you till you quit the job. No job security. All the managers are same. These people only take advantage of freshers, and they will also send a spy to watch you. its better to sit at home, rather than working in such companies.
