This company is terrible. Everything is bad about this company, there isn't anything good about it. People are very toxic. Salary is also less. They make you work alot. They're more interested in your personal life. And will make comments about it indirectly. Your work will never be appreciated, they say you're not good enough always will demotivate you till you quit the job. No job security. All the managers are same. Hardworking Employees are recognized, ppl who avoid work are helped to improve their efficiency . No politics like big companies, no one in office is interested in politics if somebody starts they will automatically be sticking out like a sore thumb. U can see clearly in other reviews where they are more involved in others works than thiers :).

working here for last 2yrs, very nice work couture. for software company in Mangalore, I think I'm getting more than expected treatment here. I have befriended very nice people after joining this company so. I will definitely recommend who ever whish to join this family.

I liked the company culture very much, seniors are approachable, and they also assign you works according to your interests. Timings are flexible and no one's gonna question you if you complete your works on time.

Dislikes

They use their own language for all the works, so its not gonna help you in your next job. But your coding knowledge will increase, and also communication skills. Also Holidays are a little less.
