...you are responsible for everything HO people are Saint with no eyes and no ears. Salary expense deduction is routine so don't be surprise, HR is only for his presence... Managers can hold anyone's salary with his dislike to any particular.. Choose the organisation if unemployed for 3-4 months or if it's the last company in the world

Nothing to like ..Your life will be runied. Ghar pe baith k kahi or job dhund lena .but don't ruin your career.

No HR will listen your query only Owner is the supreme power. They deduct the salary and expenses without any logic and policy. NSM and ZSM will do losse talks . ABM level person work like a salesman.

Order passed through head office,no support only disrespect humiliation,one man passing order without coming on ground to see reality. Only if this is last job in the world then also think 1000 time to join
