No HR will listen your query only Owner is the supreme power. They deduct the salary and expenses without any logic and policy. NSM and ZSM will do losse talks . ABM level person work like a salesman.

When I used to work it was an average company.But,cash rich company.Used to get salary in time.Never faced any kind of politics.I didn't face any appraisal.Good work pressure & extensive travel.Always appraised for good performance by the seniors.
