Dislikes

The bond period they impose is excessively long, even for freshers. The leave policy is inadequate, and getting approval for personal leave is extremely difficult. Additionally, they enforce strict time tracking and expect employees to be constantly available on Zoom calls.

Nothing till now, the only negative thing is, they will keep pushing you to learn new things and eat new foods/recipes.

I don't see any except the annual event. Poor work ethics being the reason why many of the star performers with good skill set have left the company. The PR team is managing to have 4+ fake rating on portals like AB and Glassdoor.

Dislikes

They are in habbit of deducting salaries unnecessarily (on the name of Covid/bad annual performance) but have money to spend on lavish cars for themselves and annual party. I have been working in the organisation for quite a few years but now it feels suffocating. Even social media pays better if you have the skills.
