The salary is always paid on time, and appraisals are rewarding if you meet performance expectations.

Dislikes

The bond period they impose is excessively long, even for freshers. The leave policy is inadequate, and getting approval for personal leave is extremely difficult. Additionally, they enforce strict time tracking and expect employees to be constantly available on Zoom calls.
